Parked on Calle 3 along the plaza is a fried-chicken-and-plantain vendor, complete with cart and umbrella. The chicken is greasy, but delicious. If you are one of those who enjoys adding to your cholesterol collection, this is an inexpensive way to do so. One buck for a chicken breast will bring you a step closer to a warm, cozy hospital bed. Another brief sampling of the street food here in Bocas was also successful. A beef kebab, interspersed with onions and peppers, yum! For a buck, you can't beat it. Location
